1. Apart from the business company, we also have our own foundry and workshop. Various castings are poured according to customer's drawings or samples. Precision components are machined with our CNC machine tools for different use. As business grows, Tailong has also invested in different foundries in the form of currency or equipments. This has enlarged our production capacity. QUALITY, QUICK SERVICE and COMPETITIVE PRICE are the rules we use in our business with customers.
2. The casting process begins with the production of an individual pattern from customer's drawings or samples. Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of details required.
3. Each casting is processed through our QC staff with inspection records for every shipment. To guarantee the correct material specification and right mechanical properties, we have chemical analysis equipment, hardness tester, and tensile strength machine.
